When grocery shopping always look at the ingredient label. You want products with the most basic ingredients and the least amount of sugar, corn syrup, and chemicals. Peanut butter is a good example of a product that should only contain peanuts and salt. Many brands include hydrogenated oils, sugar and molasses which are unnecessary and not very healthy additions. (Hint: don’t buy JIF)
