Sriracha Tomato Spinach Scramble
There are 43 million ways to make eggs. Let me tell you about one of the ways, and why this is the superior way to make them:
A. They taste rich and filling but filled with the right nutrients. (This recipe combines protein+fat+carb which is the composition of a balanced meal).

1 small tomato, diced (carb)
1 handful of spinach
2 eggwhites & 1 whole egg, well beaten (protein+fat)
Fresh basil, optional
1/2 tsp each pepper, garlic powder
1. Spray a pan with cooking spray and put over medium heat. Place tomatoes and spinach in the pan.
2. When the spinach has wilted pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Turn the heat down slightly. Sprinkle with the pepper and garlic powder. When the eggs set around the edge, pull away and tilt the pan so that the uncooked egg runs to the edge and gets cooked.
3. Add Sriracha. Mix all together. When eggs are set put on a plate and sprinkle with salt. Top with torn basil (optional).
